Welcome to the “Fear Test”.
With this app, you can check for specific (suppressed) fears or all other emotions (feelings, shame, etc.) within you (e.g. fear of death, fear of closeness, fear of not being good enough, the feeling of being rejected, shame of being me), and also cognitions/beliefs (e.g. "I am not good enough").
The Fear Test app tests for repressed/unconscious fears, also called pathogenic fears or fears from the past. Most of these are ▶unconscious▶ to the person, so normally we don't have any knowledge about it. This test helps with that.
Features:
▶ Easy
▶ Speech output

FAQ:
Question: I know my fears!
In psychology, a distinction is made between two types of fears. The first is normal fear, which has the task of warning us of real dangers in current situations. If a panther suddenly stands in front of you at the zoo, fear warns you. This fear is healthy, natural, and needs no treatment and without it, mankind would have died out a long time ago.
The second type of fear is a pathological fear, also called fears from the past. These do not warn of dangers in acute situations but occur without a real threat and are usually strong, frequent, and long-term (chronic). They burden and restrict (block) one's life and one develops a pronounced avoidance behavior. As they have been repressed, we are usually unaware of them.
The test is based on unavoidable reactions. So it can't be wrong.
