HeartCloud MD vs PRIME for Patients Usage & Stats

HeartCloud MD is an app intended only for clinicians (e.g., physicians (MD or DO), nurse practitioners, nurses, staff members engaged in remote patient monitoring) who are customers of HeartCloud for Health Practices. This companion app allows clinicians to download patient data to their iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Once downloaded, searching and visualizing that data on rich, interactive charts is a fast, fluid experience. Not only are individual blood pressure cuff and weight scale readings (taken by patients enrolled in a practice's remote monitoring program) available, but day-to-day, week-to-week, and month-to-month trends are at your fingertips for one or more patients over any time period. Lastly, for psychiatry and mental health professionals, built-in rating scales allow practitioners to assign and review answers to quality-of-life, mood, general wellbeing, sleep, and other standardized assessments that can be digitally completed by patients using HeartCloud Sync or the web-based patient portal (https://heartcloud.io). This app is only available for use in the United States.
