The 5AM app is perfect if you're doing 75hard. You can start the 5AM Challenge by waking up 21 days in a row. Try it and see what happens.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS:
5AM app is free to download. Ongoing use of full access features require an active subscription, available on a yearly basis. Customers who choose a yearly subscription are eligible for a free 3-day trial period. The subscription cost is $29.99 USD/year.
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new payment period within 24 hours of current subscription’s expiration. Subscriptions may be managed by the user & auto-renewal may be turned off in the user’s Account Settings after purchase. You can disable automatic renewal via iTunes account settings at any time.
