Motivation: The App Store connect only notifies you when you receive a new review, but doesn't inform when you receive a new rating. And like you already know, most users only rate the app, and hardly ever write a review. During campaigning, you get a lot of new installations and it's important to monitor how your app is performing, and where you've received new ratings and reviews.
