Our fleet of vehicles are equipped with safety features including hydraulic lifts, 4-point wheelchair restraints, foldable hinged stairway and handle bars. Our drivers undergo CPR, first aid and AED training to ensure the safe transfer of semi-ambulant and dementia clients. SilverFleet vehicles have ensured safe journeys for elderly passengers to locations all over Singapore, including hospitals, dementia centres, dialysis centres, daycare centres and for social outings.

EAST SIDE PILATES is a space for quality workouts based on the Pilates method. Specialising in private pilates and very small group classes (maximum 4), we aim to guide each client towards achieving his/her own fitness goals by providing individual attention and creating workouts that are most effective for each unique body.
To help us achieve that, we have 4 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and Tower of Power, as well as a range of essential props and equipment.
