The InfoCons app is a tool dedicated to consumer protection. Regardless of location or spoken language, one can query the InfoCons database by scanning the barcode from any food product, the QR code from any electrical appliance (fridges, freezers, storage units, washing machines, dishwashers, washer-dryers, televisions, monitors and other displays, air conditioners, cooker hoods and many others; sold in the EU after 2019) or by using the search field directly. A successful food product identification brings you the following options and details: (1) General information - Name of product, product manufacturer, product ingredients and product image.
