Ballroom Tracker is supposed to help you get the most out of your training. Ads only get in the way of that. We also do not collect private data and sell this. We do, however, keep anonymized logs by default about certain actions users do in the app, to help us make better decisions about which features of the app are most liked and which need more work.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ballroom Tracker works with the Health data stored by the Ballroom Tracker app on your Apple Watch. Therefore, you require an Apple Watch to use this app. Dance workouts from other apps cannot be viewed in the app, since they do not include info about dances and other info the Ballroom Tracker app collects.

Cardiac coherence, here is a simple way to reduce stress . It is a breathing exercise that is practiced over a short period of 5 minutes .
Unlike other techniques, it can be used anywhere and anytime. Using this technique you will be able to take a relaxing moment where you want it ; in public transport, in your car, at home. A setting menu allows you to change the preferences depending on when or where you practice exercise.
