The Essentials 50 is a 50 minutes class designed for individuals across all levels of fitness. It comprises a 5 minutes primer – including bike set up, proper riding technique, and basic choreography – followed by a 45 minutes ride and cool down. The class combines a mix of cardiovascular conditioning and strength building, all set to a meticulously curated playlist designed to leave you energised and challenged! The Signature 50 is a 50 minutes ride and cool down tailored to seasoned riders looking for an extra push. The Official App for Glow Festival 2023! Feel Better Doing Better with Glow Festival’s All New Glow App Challenge. Lighten your emotional load and embrace physical empowerment with a little bit of exercise and, if you wish – a simple but meaningful act of giving. All you have to do is run, walk or cycle to locate virtual checkpoints using the Glow App. Every time you find one, you'll release 1,000 “Glow Seeds” that symbolize a lightening of the weight you’re carrying, and the virtual flowers that sprout represent your blossoming mental well-being.
