There are opportunities for supplemental yoga, meditation, and breathwork exercises. Everything is grounded in the understanding of the anatomy of fascia, based on the nursing and fascia-based bodywork and movement experience of your trainer, Emily. The fascia-based therapeutic movement and education is woven throughout the programming to help restore balance to the body, and mitigate potential issues from strength training or any other movement practice/pattern.
