Device Management System (DMS) app from BB Computerteknikk AS (BBC) is an app for managing and tracking all self-service devices delivered by BBC.
The app shows online status, alarm messages and their current state. You can capture the screen of a device and see exactly the same picture as the passenger. Software updates can also be performed remotely.

According to IATA Resolution 753, airlines must track baggage at key points in the baggage journey including all points of baggage handling at the airport and loading points into containers and aircraft.
