Wheat Belt recently announced the release of the second generation of the company’s phone app called Mobile Customer Access (MCA). This updated phone application builds on the customer’s ability to access their account 24 hours a day, seven days per week, 365 days per year.
In the past, utility customers could view balance information, make a payment, view statement and payment history, view usage graphs and access all their accounts at one time.
