ILBC EMS app is an Education Management System to connect students, parents, teachers and school admin staff and is used in school admission, dissemination of student information, collecting student attendance, drawing the timetable, making school announcements and issuing exam results. History The International Language & Business Centre (ILBC) was founded in 1995 to meet the need for a quality private school in the education sector.
