2. Study Kanji with Spaced Repetition
Kanji Native's Spaced Repetition Algorithm takes the forgetting-curve of the human brain into account and automatically reminds you to repeat each Kanji at the best timing before your brain is about to forget it. This allows you to learn new Kanji more efficiently with fewer repetitions and ensures that the Kanji are retained in your long-term memory.
3. Made by Japanese Native speakers
In contrast to other Kanji apps made by non-Japanese developers, all words and sentences in this app are created by Japanese Natives to ensure they are used by Native Speakers in contemporary Japanese and sound natural.
4. Simple concept & easy to use
Kanji Native is based on a simple and effective two-step approach:
(1) Practice reading and writing new Kanji with flashcards
(2) Repeat the Kanji with Spaced Repetition
This approach lets you focus on the most important aspects and makes your learning experience with Kanji Native as efficient as possible.
5. Learn with fun
Train together with Kanji Native's mascot Piyo-chan! Help Piyo-chan to grow and get stronger by learning Kanji. The more regularly you learn new Kanji, the faster Piyo-chan will grow.
If many people are using Kanji Native, we will put more effort into the creation of N2 and N1 Kanji (all free of charge). Speed up the development by recommending Kanji Native to your friends now!

I built Kanji Book to aid in my own learning of kanji. I wanted something that would let me learn the 2136 jōyō kanji at my own pace. I was inspired by Japanese style journals which extensively use highlighters and stickers to brighten up the otherwise dull contents. In Kanji Book, you'll build your own workbook which tracks your progress visually. You can learn as many kanji as you want each day. I find that 2 or 3 is a good cadence. I tend to play 3 or 4 times a day, whenever I can find a spare 5 minutes. I try to use my phone as a tool, not a distraction. I hope you find some value in Kanji Book. Let me know how many you learn!
As you play, the language of the workbook changes to reflect your knowledge. Practice all aspects of kanji: readings, drawing, recall, definition, and recollection. Use your Kanji Book as simple flashcards or test yourself with 25 random questions. Once you have enough kanji to form compound kanji vocabulary words, you'll end each session with a grid of kanji which you can use to form vocabulary words.
