As a black owned business, we find it important to change the narrative of what wellness is and should be.We believe that wellness is for the mind, body and soul. We do the work to change the systems of oppression that have limited access to "wellness" for marginalized communities. We believe in sweatonomy, which means you get to use the space to move your body in the ways that feel best for you.
