Add any undesired habits that you'd like to change, such as smoke, drink, or snack, and set the freeze time to determine the waiting period before your next check-in. 2. Click the habit card to start a try! 3. If a setback occurs, tap the frozen item again to increase the freeze time. Strive to check in more often each day to achieve your goal.
