To play the mGain Exercise Games, the mGain mobile application (App) requires pairing with the mGain game controller. The mGain System provides visibility of muscle strength, even for very weak muscles that might not have movement visible to the naked eye, through biofeedback with a surface electromyography (mGain) sensor. Suitable for play at home, mGain includes muscle strength training and responsiveness exercises. Training includes the ability to change game settings for increased difficulty. As players master the exercise games, more advanced game levels are unlocked. The variety of training games allow exercise for as short as a few seconds at a time up to 30+ minutes of game play. Game history and statistics are saved for ease of tracking your muscle strength, and score reports can be exported from the App. The mGain device is placed on one muscle at a time. Multiple profiles can be created in the App to keep separate game settings and score history for different muscles being trained.
