The Hartford Care Journal app lets your providers better manage your therapy using a voice vital sign. By checking in once a week, your provider receives actionable information to support you. CONFIDENTIAL AND HIPAA-SECURE: Your conversation is private and only shared with the research and care team. We will never provide your data to insurers or sell it to third parties.
