Training Feel vs AUF TV Usage & Stats

Training Feel is an app that allows you to monitor the training load through the subjective assessment of the athlete. To begin, athletes must complete a wellness questionnaire prior to starting the session. Once finished, each athlete must indicate the subjective effort value that this training had, using a scale with references.
