The built-in video view and the timeline will support you to create frames with accurate timings. Once you are done, you can also export your video with hard subtitle - this function is offered as In-App Purchase.

The application reads the subtitles or writes audio to the file according to the SRT or VTT markup of the subtitle file. It allows to make Automatic Voice Over or dubbing movies or videos.
To produce audio stream from the subtitles the App use TTS engine installed on the user device. High quality voices are also available (depending on OS version).
The resulting audio file (uncompressed with caf extension or compressed with m4a extension) can be used to create an audio track in the desired language for movies or videos.
The application can automatically control the tempo of speech so as not to lose synchronization with the time stamp of subtitles.
The App can use Double pass to better syncing the time of subtitles with the audio file timing.
App allows cleaning srt file from html tags and other formatting.
Premium mode unblock speech rate Acceleration feature and enable Double pass feature.
