Q Training vs FTW-Functional Training Watch Usage & Stats
Welcome to the QTRAINING app!
My name is Quinton Gray and I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2013.
Over the years I’ve tried to become a sponge to soak up as much knowledge on different training styles as I could. During this time I was able to complete a master’s degree in strength and conditioning. While I do have my own preferences in training, I realize that everyone’s situation is different.
I thought it would be a great time to create an app that could house all the training styles that I’ve personally benefited from. Whether you’re at home with just a pair of dumbbells or have access to a full gym, this app has something for you to dig into. I’ve also added videos in the app of myself going over nutrition and training habits that I’ve personally had a lot of success with. I plan to update the app with new material monthly so you’ll always have something new to look forward to.
Thank you for looking into the QTRAINING app! I hope it can inspire you to move more and live healthy!
