Free Users have basic access to the app features. Users who subscribe are called Members. Subscription may be free or paid, and it can be auto-renewal. Members have the right to use all and unlimited features of this app. Members can use this app offline for a limited period only: their subscription will be checked regularly. If one of these check fail, Premium Features aren't accessible until the next successful check. This has to be made manually after a failed subscription check. As a mobile application, there can be technical issues. Free Users have no right to complain about these, even if they are blocked to use the basic functions. However, if a member is blocked for more than 10% of the period they're subscribed for, they have the right for one more subscription period with the same length. To get this compensation, the Member has to request it by contacting us describing the issue reproduction steps, as well as screen shots. There are no more possibilities for compensation, and there's no money return.
