The mobile app houses information and links to the Borough website, community events, parking information, and online billpay. The Zelienople free mobile app lets Zelienople Borough, Pennsylvania residents and visitors access information and improve their community by reporting non-emergency issues that need attention within the Borough of Zelienople and monitor the progress of the work. Non-Emergency issues can be reported as soon as they are discovered making reporting a problem easier than ever.
