I'm Jenee, a stay at home wife and mom with a passion for the ever changing fashion industry. As a 2005 LSU alumni with a degree in Merchandising, my dream was to one day start my own boutique. Now, here I am, 15 years later, fulfilling one of my life goals!
Elm Boutique was started in May 2020. I wanted a boutique name with personal meaning behind it. I came up with Elm because it is the initials of our 3 children, Easton, Londyn, and Madison!
My main goal is to make women feel beautiful being exactly who they are and helping them exude confidence through their fashion choices!

The purpose of this app is to improve our ability to communicate with our citizens Information which will include, but not be limited to Push Notifications, crime tip submissions, bill payments and more. By empowering people through technology, the Town of Lake Arthur will be able to better serve our communities.
