Meltum vs Running Dashboard - RunMetrics Usage & Stats
Meltum is an iPhone app for Apple Watch users, who love filling their Activity Rings, and are interested in viewing different stats about their Activity data.
Note: Only users with a paired Apple Watch shall be able to use the app. Meltum shows stats by accessing data collected by the Apple Watch. Within the app, we require permission for read access to your Activity data from the Apple Health app to calculate your stats.

MELTUM PRO
Meltum is free to use, with no ads and collects no Health data. However, for viewing unlimited stats, there is a one-time purchase of Meltum Pro which unlocks all features without limits.

Technical requirements: The minimum iOS version supported by Meltum is 14.0. Read access to Activity data from the Apple Health app is required to view stats based on that data. Meltum is an iPhone-only app, and does not function as expected on an iPad as Apple Health app is unavailable on iPad.

• Goal: Personalize your running experience by setting distance objectives for the year, month, or week, empowering you to achieve and surpass your targets.
• Personal Records: Showcase your all-time best for key distances, pushing your boundaries.
• Pace/Distance/Power per month/week: Visualize your running journey with an interactive graph displaying your monthly/weekly speed/mileage/power, offering a comprehensive view of your progress over time.
• Heart Rate Variability/VO2 Max: Visualize side-by-side the evolution of those key heart metrics to better assess the impact of your training regimen.
