Welcome to the Quext IoT Resident App! Residents within Quext IoT communities can enjoy complete control of their thermostat and lock right from their phone. This app allows residents within a connected community to remotely adjust their thermostat, create “events” for temperature changes, and more. Forget your key? The Quext IoT app allows residents to lock and unlock their apartment and designated community areas directly through their phone. Note: This application is intended for apartment communities utilizing Quext IoT technology.
