Today's Tasks vs DelayTask Usage & Stats

Introduction This application is an auxiliary tool for the standard iOS reminder application. It manages tasks (i.e. reminder items) with or without a notification date and by list classification. You can postpone tasks that you don't want to do immediately, or delete the notification date for undecided tasks (I'll do it someday), so that you can focus on today's tasks that are displayed. About Lists We recommend that you prepare multiple "Lists" for reminders (created from the standard reminder app, e.g. "Shopping", "Work", "Housework"). The default list set in your iPhone reminder app is called Inbox in this app. Today's Tasks screen Displays a list of tasks whose notification dates are up to today. The background color of the past tasks is red, and the background color of the tasks within an hour from now is yellow. Complete a task Tapping the circle icon next to the left side of the task will mark it as completed, and the task will disappear from the list. Postpone a Task Tap the calendar icon on the right side of the task to display the postpone menu. For example, tapping "3 hours later" will postpone the notification date to 3 hours after the current time. Filter Function Tap the filter button to display the list of list names. Tap any list name to switch to the task list of that list. Tasks that have not yet been notified as "To be done someday" will also be displayed, so you can change undecided tasks to be done tonight. To remove the filtered view, tap the title at the top of the screen. Inbox = In other words, from the list of tasks that are set as the default list on your iPhone, use "Change List" to sort them into a list by purpose.

After entering your task’s description all you have to do is tap one button to set when the task is to be performed. View your current set of tasks only, or all your tasks - you decide. View current tasks only: It can be distracting to see tasks that aren’t due yet. DelayTask only shows you the tasks whose date or time has been reached, hiding others from view. For example, if you press “Tomorrow” the task will disappear from your “Current” list, only appearing again the following morning. If you want to view future tasks you can do so by tapping the “All” button. Use natural terms for dates: Rather than enter dates using a calendar you use natural terms such as “Today”, “Tomorrow”, “Next Week”, requiring less thinking on your part. Avoid assigning all your tasks to the same day: When a period of several days is selected such as “This month” or “Next week” DelayTask will look at the dates in that range and assign the task to the least busy date in the period selected. Swipe and tap to delete tasks: No tapping to mark a task done and having it continue to stick around. Just swipe and tap to delete forever. Uses the full screen on the iPhone 5. Add repeated tasks: Instead of removing your task entirely it is instead moved the number of days you request.
