It also is great for fidgeting when feeling anxious, or to cope with ADHD symptoms as well. In the Reflect tab, you can journal and reflect about your feelings and emotions. You can also talk through your feelings with StressBot, a virtual therapist! You can always swipe through a lot of different types of quotes, such as Positive, Affirmations, Self-Love and Stress Relief. You also can record a smile everyday to force yourself to feel happier!
