The app uses images videos and podcasts to guide a patient through their journey, educates them on the pancreas and its function and what can possibly go wrong. The app is split into two sections. An educational section where we discuss the pancreas, tests you may undergo during diagnosis, treatment options and available helpful guidance as well as a section for writing notes. Second the podcast section where you can listen to patients and medical experts discuss acute pancreatitis and their journeys. My Acute Pancreatitis aims to empower patients by giving them the information they need.
