Follow your exercise plan on a week-by-week or day-by-day basis. Our app will provide suggested workouts for you. Each plan is different and customizable to help you stay strong during pregnancy and recover from delivery.

Document your pregnancy symptoms for easy reference. When your doctor asks about symptoms, you will be ready to provide a detailed breakdown at each appointment.
Information at a glance.
Review your weekly exercise summary and daily dietary goals with the overview feature. By seeing each overview, you can quickly see how many minutes of exercise for each week and how many calories are left for each day.
Postpartum Programming
After the baby is born, BumptUp® does not forget about mom! Starting at four weeks post-delivery, our app will guide moms through twelve weeks of workouts. Our goal is to help you transition back to being active (with the baby in tow)!
