The Major Incident Command Assist (MICA), is a communications and workflow platform for law enforcement to empower leaders to better manage the collaborative response of law enforcement agencies to major incidents like child abductions and active shooter scenarios.

MICA provides full transparency of the investigative process since it records who gathered the information, where they were when they received it, and the precise time the information was obtained.
