MyEgnatiaPass vs OASTH Usage & Stats
The Mobile Application is intended for Egnatia Odos S.A. existing customers, namely EgnatiaPass subscribers, and provides the same functionalities with the Customer WEB portal https://www.myegnatiapass.gr.
The Mobile App supports Greek and English.
In order to be able to login to the Mobile App, the user will have to be a registered Customer WEB portal user or register from the welcome screen.
When the user launches the Mobile App, the Welcome screen is displayed. The Welcome screen includes the login area for the user to log in and additional buttons for creating user and reset the password if forgotten.
In addition, using the “Stay logged in” the connection can be persisted even if the app closes.
By using the “forgot password” functionality, the user can reset his/her password in case the existing password has been forgotten.
Once the user is logged into the Mobile App, the Home screen is displayed to the user.
Additional summary information on the Home screen includes: the subscriber code of the selected account, the Commercial policy programme that the selected account is subscribed to, the amount and timestamp of the last payment. It also includes the account activity of the last period for the selected account.
From the Menu screen, the Mobile user can access the following features of the App:
1) Go to the Home Page
2) Go to the Account Page where more account specific actions exist
3) Make an Account Payment to replenish the EgnatiaPass account with either the selection of a new Bank card or with the use of an existing Bank card
4) View the QR code for the selected account
5) View the stored Bank Cards and perform actions on them
6) View the tolls and rates
7) Send a request to the Customer Service with the use of a Communication form
8) View the terms of use
9) View the About Page
10) Logout user
When navigating on the Account page the following menu items are shown
1) Go back to the home page
2) View the Account Details of the selected EgnatiaPass account linked to the Mobile user
3) In case the user had admin rights on the selected account the menu item Linked User Management is shown.
4) View the assigned Transponders-Account cards to the subscribers’ EgnatiaPass account and report them as Lost/Stolen
5) View and download the account statements
6) Change the existing password
7) Change the existing email address
The Mobile App user can make online payments using the secure payment environment (redirect services of the cooperating Payment Provider). Once the information is submitted from the Mobile App’s checkout page, the secure environment web page opens for processing the bank card data. By using the same secure payment environment, the user can store bank cards for easier subsequent payments (using the tokenized services).
The user can also use the QR code that is accessible through the main menu or on the right corner of the top bar to make toll transactions and charge the selected EgnatiaPass account.
Another feature of the Mobile App is to allow the user to view his/her account activity for any of the subscription accounts that are linked to their Mobile user. Information displayed on the Account activity includes Toll transactions, Account Payments, Transponders-Account cards assigned to each subscription account, the Account balance and the account balance status.
The Mobile App also supports a Communication form for the Mobile App user to select from a predefined list of the drop-down menu, the subject area for which Customer Service would like to communicate with the user.
The Mobile App also supports the viewing of the stored Bank Cards and the possibility to remove the Bank cards. The Mobile App user is able to view the assigned Transponders-Account cards to the subscribers’ EgnatiaPass account and he/she can report it as Lost/Stolen.

Information about routes and stops for urban transport (buses) of Thessaloniki, from the Organization of Urban Transport of Thessaloniki (OASTH).

* Access to the Press Release (News) with the possibility of searching and automatically updating the user with a notification (push notification) in case there is an important event / article (automated categorization / prioritization based on keywords).
* List of main lines with the ability to view the bus route on map.
* Route schedule for each line and case (e.g. route changes).
* Actual information about which buses are currently moving in the selected route / selected line on the map (automatic update).
* View stop arrival information in real time.
* Save favorite lines and stops (automatically sync across all your devices via iCloud).
* Support Live Activities / Standby Mode & Dynamic Island (a specific arrival is selected from the stop of your choice so that the "eye" icon appears and you are informed in real time of the bus arrival time at a glance, also with push notifications).
