NeuroBodyGym vs epiAgeLite Usage & Stats
An easy to use training device, which uses your individual brain and body connection to train and unleash your mental and physical potential. It’s so gentle, you can even fall asleep while training.
External accredited institutes have scientifically proven that Neurobodygym has measurable positive effects on quality of sleep, regeneration, the immuen system, concentration, resilience and overall physical and mental performance. This results in a reversal of your bio-age and triggers rejuvenating processes in the body.
The origins of the NeuroBodyTech can be traced 15 years back to Formula 1 and it is now tried and trusted by some of the best professional athletes in the world (mainly German soccer players), managers of stock companies (i.e. DAX) and fast growing startups.
NeuroBody Language:
Every body controls and communicates in different frequencies and patterns. During data gathering we learn your “NeuroBody Machine Interface Language” or short “NeuroBody Language”. So far we have detected the NeuroBody Language for over 3000 people and we have discovered that each and every body has its very own, unique language.
Training Sessions:
Training sessions usually start with 3-4x 45 minute sessions per week during phase 1 and phase 2 (core and improvement phase) and decrease to 2-3x 20 minute sessions during phase 3 and 4 (consolidation and conservation phase). The invested net time is usually regained after 2-3 months, due to better and faster sleep and quicker regeneration.

People age at different rates. Some “look” and “feel” older than their chronological age while others look younger than their chronological age. Our biological age is a better parameter of our health, well-being and life span than our chronological age. DNA is the hardware, genetics is the operating system, and DNA methylation and other epigenetic factors are the software that programs the genome. A paradigm shift in the search for biological age markers occurred with the discovery of the “epigenetic clock” by Horvath, which is based on the measurement of DNA methylation status at 500 strategic positions in DNA. Studies suggest that accelerated “epigenetic clock” might be associated with increased risk for several age-related chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cancer at a later age (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=epigenetic+clock+disease). However, this is still an open field and more studies are needed. Importantly, “epigenetics” is different from “genetics” and is potentially reversible by dietary interventions and lifestyle changes. Preliminary studies show that dietary changes can cause deceleration of the epigenetic clock in certain people (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30350398), but this is still an open field.
Our application is an opportunity to get the results of epigenetic age. At this stage, it has only informative content that allows you to study the result of your test and it is easy to handle. In the future, we are going to expand the functionality of this application by adding questionnaires.
