Watertaxi Rotterdam carries you quickly and comfortably to 50 stops in Rotterdam and Schiedam. Prices start at € 4.50. Plan and book your journey with this app. No 1 on TripAdvisor for visitors to Rotterdam Watertaxi Rotterdam provides all public transport by water in Rotterdam and Schiedam. On request, our boatmen can take you to 50 different stops in our operating area. In addition we operate three permanent ferry services Rotterdam West, Oost/East and Centrum/Centre. That means you can travel to your destination every (working) day more quickly and more comfortably. On the water, there are no traffic jams or other hold-ups!. Travel with the water taxi app The quickest way to travel is to use our app. You can use it to plan and book your journey in advance. And of course while you are en route. It will tell you immediately within how many minutes the next water taxi will arrive at the desired stop. The app shows you all 50 stops in our operating area, plus information on how to transfer to other forms of public transport. It will also tell you how much time you have spent travelling in Rotterdam/Schiedam and show previous journeys you have booked with the app. You can easily pay for your journey by water taxi with the app, via ApplePay, iDeal or credit card. If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you can do so completely free of charge up to 15 minutes before departure. Our fleet Our fleet consists of 24 watertaxis, 7 of which run on reneweable energy. Our goal is to have an emission free fleet by 2030. Ferry services With the electric boats in our fleet, we operate three ferry crossings in Rotterdam: - In zone West between RDM/Heijplaat (stop 92) and Marconistraat/M4H (87) - In zone Centrum/Centre between Charloisse Hoofd (70) and Katendrechtse Hoofd (54) - In zone Oost/East between Plantagelaan (21) and Piekstraat (24) Boat trips Admire Rotterdam from the water. On board a watertaxi, you can discover the most attractive parts of the city and its ports. Boat trips are available from 15 minutes and longer.
