MrConveyor LT vs Belt & Pulley Calculator Usage & Stats

MrConveyor LT is a basic conveyor calculation and drive power estimation tool. The cross section calculation follows DIN/ISO and CEMA standards. Both metric and US units are available. The drive calculation is a simplified DIN/ISO standard based estimate. Alternately, also a simplified CEMA standard based estimate is now included. Not considered are e.g. component weights and inertias, starting and stopping dynamics, take-up and drive arrangements, complex load cases and geometry, and other important factors in order to make a conveyor a success. However, a knowledgable user can play with the inputs for an initial on the road order of magnitude estimate. For a more detailed analysis, please contact a specialist.

Belt & Pulley Calculator

Helpful in setting up a connecting belt and two pulley system. With just a few inputs (pulley diameters, driver rpm, power, centers distance, belt size), the App shows how they effect belt velocity, tension, torques, wrap angle, and the RPM of the driven pulley. Inputs can be in imperial or metric units of measure. Results can be shared by text or email.
