Health Notes is a personal health archive for people who want to keep blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, heart rate, temperature, meds, and checkup notes in one place over time. It helps you turn scattered daily numbers, follow-up visits, and recovery notes into a record you can revisit later.The app grew out of the developer's own long-term health tracking needs while living with chronic illness. That perspective shaped the product around consistency, clarity, and keeping data in a form that you and your family can actually understand months later. You decide what each note should track. A blood pressure note can hold systolic, diastolic, and pulse together. A glucose note can combine fasting values, post-meal values, and meds from the same day. A symptom note can mix temperature, status options, and free text. If Apple's Health app does not already offer the exact structure you need, you can build your own. Over time, those notes become a cleaner personal history of what changed, when it changed, and how your body felt along the way. Your data stays on your devices and in iCloud, so it can sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. When needed, you can export to CSV or Excel for your own backup, family sharing, or conversations with a clinician. You can also import selected historical data from the Health app to give a note a starting point, or copy the template structure of an existing Note to create a new one for yourself or a family member. Health app import is currently available on iPhone only, works as a one-time historical import, and does not include document-style lab reports. Health Notes focuses on one job: helping you organize and keep long-term health data. It is built for personal records, family care, and day-to-day health context over time.
