Once you have an active delivery, you can share the tracking code of that delivery with your receiver /sender for them to also track the dispatch on the Darum App. This is aimed at helping you make informed decisions, while expecting your parcel. Once your parcel is picked up, the rider cannot cancel your order until your order is delivered.
