Mit Hilfe der ChargeHere Ladeapp kann der vorab bestimmte Nutzerkreis (wie z.B. Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens) den Ladevorgang per App starten. Die Abrechnung der geladenen Energiemenge erfolgt einfach und transparent. Jeder Nutzer kann auf die Historie der Ladevorgänge mit den jeweiligen Mengen und Summen zugreifen. This is how charging with the chargeBIG app works:
• Park your car at one of our chargeBIG charging points.
• Unlock charging point: Scan the QR code on the plug of the charging point. Or enter the five-digit charging point ID.
• Enter payment details: Enter your email address and choose a payment method.
• Plug in the charging cable: Done, the charging process begins.
• During the charging process, you can see the charged amount in kWh and the charging power in kW.
• At the end of the charging process, we will send you a receipt by email.
