毎日よく寝て、毎日元気に仕事をしたり遊んだりしたいです。 「どうしたらよく眠れますか?」 「このアプリを使うといいですよ。そのうち、アプリがなくても眠れるようになります」 というようなアプリを目指しています。 ■ 機能 1. 睡眠の記録 就寝時刻、起床時刻、眠りの質などを記録します。 昼寝や仮眠なども記録できます。 2. 目標設定 「睡眠を改善しよう」と思って調べると、すごくたくさんの情報が出てきます。 ・カフェインは控えた方がいい ・スマホやPCのブルーライトはよくない ・夜は電気を暗くしよう ・照明は暖色がいい ・寝る1~2時間前に風呂に入るのがベスト ・お酒も快眠を妨げる そして、人は思います。 「結局どれが効くんだ」 というわけで、そういうものを整理しました。 どういう人はどういう目標を設定すべきなのか。 一度に幾つの目標を掲げればいいのか。 目標の難易度はどれくらいであるべきか。 人間の行動データに基づいて、一つ一つデザインされています。 3. 改善の可視化 アプリを入れる前の状態と比べて、どれだけ改善したかを表示します。 ・就寝時刻 ・起床時刻 ・睡眠時間 ・眠りの質 が表示されます。(成果が分かると嬉しいですね) 4. スマホ依存対策 「寝る前のスマホが良くないなんて分かってる。でもやめられないから困っている」 という方に向けた、克服プログラムがあります。 このアプリを使ってくれた方が、毎日よく寝て、毎日もっと元気に仕事をしたり遊んだりできるようになればいいな、と思って作っています。
