"Itsu-Log" is an application that can record "what did you do" and "when did you do". "When did you replace the toothbrush?" "When did you mow the lawn?" I don't do it every day. But you want to do it regularly, right? Why not record the date you did it? In addition, if you register the next scheduled date, you will be notified. (Of course, the notification can be turned off.)
