This app allows hosting different HMIs to monitor and control a plant or machine. You can create the HMIs with the Unified-E App Designer and publish them on the Unified-E App Manager. Unified-E is a software product which is used to operate machines or plants with a smartphone. App development time is drastically reduced by using the "Unified-E App Designer" software, where you can define both the HMI views and push notifications for your individual HMI app. No app programming knowledge is required. There is a Gateway PC required which connects smartphone with machine and ensures that communication is secured and only granted for authorized users. The "Pro" license also allows operating a machine via the Internet without performing any configuration on the firewall or router. By now there are already multiple Unified-E endpoint adapters, e. g. for the S7-, ControlLogix-, Modbus- or OPC UA interface. The software, user manuals, licenses and further information can be found on the website ww.unified-e.com. For developers and integrators all licenses are for free.
