Challenges is a self improvement app where you can create challenges for yourself to accomplish goals. Stop procrastinating and increase productivity with Challenges.
Create a new challenge by clicking the plus button on the top right. You can select any time interval you want. Add multiple goals to your challenge. Goals can be one of two types: to achieve things that are good for you (for example "go for a run at least 5 times"), and to stop doing your bad habits (for example "drink alcohol at most 2 nights"). You can pick any emoji you want for your goal. You can choose a step value for how much you wanna increase when you tick an item. For example you may want to increase hours by 0.5 or 0.25 whereas you may want to increase meters by 10 in each tick.
Press the green tick button to increase the goal's completed amount. Press yellow undo button to decrease the goal's completed amount. Long press yellow undo button to reset to 0.
Good habits are used in calculating how much of a challenge you completed. Bad habits are absolute, as long as you are under the limit, the challenge is going good. But if you exceed the limit, then the challenge is failed :(
