Safety & Asset Tracking
An award-winning app for tracking any physical asset. Perfect for safety inspections, shipment tracking and maintenance turnover for any type of equipment in the field.
This app works in conjunction with BR Code™ scannable labels – rugged, ready-to-go labels that can attach to anything and track it.
Streamline your spending with this multipurpose system to track assets like fire extinguishers, forklifts, HVAC units, harnesses, ladders, laptops, and more. If it’s something worth tracking, the BitRip app and our next generation scannable labels have you covered.
Each unique adhesive label is linked to the cloud and can store unlimited data on any asset – maintenance logs, photographs, inspection results, location history, shipment tracking history and more.
Instead of a binder full of messy inspection and maintenance paperwork, one label keeps all that information organized, secure, and available with one quick scan.
Add or update content to any label from anywhere, so you never have to waste time replacing outdated safety and maintenance documentation in the field.
For users doing inspections in the field – the steps are so simple. Scan the label, fill in the inspection, tap submit. That’s it – results stored and secured in the cloud! Since it’s that easy, you’ll rest easy knowing the field crew are getting those safety and maintenance inspections done.
It’s a free app, with unlimited users and data, and it makes everyone’s job – from safety manager down to a construction foreman - significantly easier. That’s not a tough sell for your crew!
Never chase inspection paperwork, make endless phone calls, or drive out to the field to check up on compliance. This tracking app tells you where your assets are, what inspections have been done, and which ones need your attention. It’s situational awareness on steroids. Built for that blue collar, no-nonsense way of getting things done.
Take advantage of some of our additional tools to make your safety job easier – automated logbooks to keep your safety audit trail clean and up-to-date, one place to control who can scan and access asset data, and a calendar notification system to ensure scheduled inspections are getting done at the right place and the right time.
This versatile tracking app is built for paperless efficiency, compliance, and ultimately your peace of mind knowing your equipment in the field is tracked and well taken care of.
Check out our desktop pro system at pro.bitrip.com to take safety and maintenance inspections to the next level with a full suite of automations.
