KPRESWEB permette al personale aziendale di timbrare la propria presenza sul luogo di lavoro interfacciandosi nativamente con il software KPRESWeb. Permette di registrare le timbrature geolocalizzate con uno smartphone Apple l'applicazione memorizza le timbrature all'interno del dispositivo ed in presenza di linea disponibile (Wifi o SIM), traferisce le timbrature direttamente al server che ospita il software KPRESWeb. L'amministratore è quindi in grado di visualizzare in tempo reale le timbrature dei dipendenti con la relativa posizione GPS al momento della timbratura. I dipendenti potranno utilizzare questa applicazione in maniera intuitiva selezionando Entrata/Uscita . KPRESWeb potrebbe risultare molto utile per quelle aziende che hanno dipendenti che non lavorano prevalentemente in sede (ad es. cantieri, agenti di commercio, rappresentanti, assistenza tecnica, manutenzione impianti, Smart Working ecc.). By logging in, each technician displays the assigned calls on the Assist app with different display modes. In each call you can enter: services provided, materials used, attachments, customer signature and stamp, fill in checklists and record takings and payments. At the end, in just a few seconds, the intervention report is automatically processed and sent by e-mail to the customer, the technician and the company manager. The data entered in the app are synchronised with the Assist ERP. All data of the interventions performed can be accessed via the history function. WORK ALSO OFFLINE WITH ASSIST The app can also be used in offline mode: you can fill in the pages and close the service job; the data will be synchronised automatically when the signal is available again. COMPILE A PERSONALISED CHECKLIST FOR EACH MACHINE Through the Assist ERP you can build a checklist that your technicians can fill in from the app. By type of service activity, system and machine type, it is possible to define a list of information which, once filled in by the technician, is stored on the service call. The certification document is sent by email to the customer (together with the intervention report); each type of checklist can be combined with a different, fully customisable print template. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT AND GOODS TRANSFER Technicians' trunk stock are also managed via app. From the main warehouse, each authorised technician can make pick-ups and transfers to and from their van; the barcode reading function speeds up daily operations and guarantees maximum precision. PRIVACY CONSENT AND COMMERCIAL CHECKLISTS ASSIST allows you to fill in privacy consent forms and commercial checklists (created via the Areagate web portal). The former allows you to obtain authorisation from the customer to process data, the latter allows you to collect customer-specific information with which you can devise customised marketing strategies. HOLIDAYS AND LEAVES Functionality to easily manage holidays and leave for staff and employees at any time. Staff can enter requests directly from the app and the manager will be able to manage and organise them thanks to the timeline. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT FOR CONTROLLING INTERVENTION REQUESTS Through the app, the AreaGate web portal or by email your customers can enter intervention requests and consult their history thanks to dedicated accesses.
