If during your visit, the clinician determines an in-person medical exam or emergency care is needed to treat your condition, they will refer you to the appropriate medical facility.
Clinicians may have a video or phone visit with their patient and chart medical history, diagnosis, medical decision making, provide a work/school excuse, etc. If medically necessary, the clinician may prescribe the patient medication(s). Visits are organized by clinical workscope allowing the proper level of care to align with the providers specialty.
The purpose of this app being distributed through the store is to allow TGH Virtual Health clinicians and non-employee or contracted clinicians to have accessibility to connect with patients throughout the United States. Non-employee clinicians are not part of the TGH Virtual Health System and therefore, do not have access to internally distributed systems and may not be authorized users on the TGH Virtual Health secure network. Clinicians - If access has not been set up yet, please contact the help email in the app to obtain secure credentials.

Over 200 on-demand workouts ranging from 5-60 minutes giving you unlimited access to sculpt, sculpt 30 and under, yoga, yoga stretch, recovery and breathwork videos. New content is added weekly and you have access to a monthly workout calendar to help you organize your workouts. Use the filters to help you search the content that meets your specific needs.
Sculpt: Classes use a mix of equipment and your own body weight at a moderate to advance intensity level to build strength and muscular endurance. Classes will incorporate exercises to work abdominals, arms, legs, and Gluteals. Optional equipment includes light weights, a ball, gliders and resistance bands.
Sculpt 30 & Under: Classes are 30 minutes and under and target a specific muscle group. Classes focus on one or more of the following: Abdominals, Gluteals, Legs, or Arms. Equipment may include a ball, light weights, a resistance band, and gliders.
Yoga: Classes are an athletic approach to yoga with a focus on strength and flexibility while always incorporating breath. These workouts bring a little more power tot the practice compared to the yoga stretch videos. The yoga classes may include standing poses, core work, balance poses, and arm balances. Optional equipment includes yoga blocks and straps.
Yoga Stretch: Classes are great for all levels and will use yoga poses to improve mobility. This is a slower practice and one that is great to pair with a cardio or strength workout or stand alone on a self care day. Optional equipment includes yoga blocks and straps.
Recovery: An essential component of any fitness program. Recovery classes incorporate the use of myofascial release tools to release tension and improve mobility. Equipment may include myofascial release balls or a foam roller.
Breathwork: Breathwork practices designed to help you connect with your breath and help you feel less anxiety, stress and overwhelm. Pick the practice based on what you need that day - calm, relaxation, balance, energy.
