The forms can be option pulldowns, currency fields, time/date fields, radio buttons (male/female, true/false, yes/no) or even sketch fields to make filling out forms an easy process. Service Tickets can now be created in the field with no paper! RTRS Service Safety also contains a module to upload Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals so they are managed in a central location.
