Why I make such a short video filter application?
I think that all of us are familiar with style transfer, maybe we have already used the style transfer. For example, one photo A, and one photo B, A's style we call it style A, and we want to apply style A to photo B, but keep the photo B sketch is unchanged, that means we should still know what photo B represents, while photo B has style A.
