The Courtney Black App is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Courtney as your personal trainer from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your fitness goals.
The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes and all goals. You choose how many days per week you would like to train and what diet you would like to follow. You will be provided with a daily workout and diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes.
The app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.
Your workout schedule is split into phases which change every two weeks to keep you progressing. You choose from either weight loss, toning / keeping fit or muscle gain as your main goal. The programs are mainly weight training with HIIT workouts, circuits and bodyweight mixed in. No workout is ever boring!
Your workouts are intense and no longer than 1 hour long.
The app includes quick workouts, challenges and full body workouts to choose from.
You receive a custom meal plan with calories and macros for your goal which you can then add recipes from the log.

ALTERNATIVE EXERCISES
The app is made with YOU in mind. Use the ’swap’ feature and choose a suggested alternative exercise to target the same working muscles. We understand that you may need an easier exercise, different equipment in a busy gym or lower impact exercises for injuries. Even the gym plans can be modified for home use using the alternative exercises provided. The app really is customisable to your preferences.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLANS
Enjoy tasty and nutritious recipes without any restrictive diets or reduced portion sizes. Use our automatically generated meal planner or create your own meal plans suitable for all dietary types (including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and food allergies). Our colourful recipe library will guide you through the method to cook delicious meals to support your training, along with a handy shopping list feature to make your life that little bit easier. Add your own custom meals/snacks to your daily meal plan to correctly track your calorie and macro allowance for each day.
MACRO CALCULATOR
Take out the guesswork and let us guide you. Your calorie and macronutrient targets will be automatically calculated for you based on your personal information and fitness goals. Choose from 100s of our in-app recipes and see your day at a glance with the clearly displayed data targets.
EDUCATION
The app features a wealth of information to build your knowledge around the fundamentals of fitness. Learn about form and function for a range of exercises and develop your understanding of how to train responsibly and sustainably.
PROGRESS TRACKING
Tracking progress is an excellent way to stay motivated. Take regular photos and measurements to keep track of your progress and create your own comparison pictures to save to your phone. Reflect on your journey and log your fitness milestones and experiences within our Journaling feature.
