ServiceLovers is a positive rating concept that allows service employees to receive feedback from their customers directly to their mobile devices. Customers can give "digital tips" when they have had a good service experience - show gratitude and give recognition - at no cost. Service employees receive recognition in the form of recommendations on their Servicelover's profile. This recognition can then be used to illustrate one's value as an employee.
