MYSPHERA Virtual Waiting Room is an application designed to modernize and optimize the hospital waiting experience. With Virtual Waiting Room it is possible to follow the patient's status live through the surgical process or in the ED. Through status change notifications and messages from the medical staff, it is possible to know the different phases a patient is going through in the surgical block or the different tests and areas they are in during their stay in the ER. In addition to knowing the flow of the patient's status, through an automatic capture of the movement by means of the electronic device (identification bracelet) assigned to the patient, the healthcare staff can communicate with relatives by sending personalized messages such as delays in the entrance to surgery and urgent tests or requesting the presence of relatives at the information point to talk to them in person. Esta aplicación ha sido diseñada para facilitar el acceso a su historial clínico y a la gestión de información médica facilitando el acceso al portal del paciente desde su dispositivo móvil. ¿Qué es el Portal del Paciente? Las funcionalidades principales son: o Consultar las citas concertadas, pudiendo modificar la fecha y hora o incluso cancelarla si fuese necesario. o Notificaciones y recordatorio de citas concertadas. o Consultar y cumplimentar las posibles tareas pendientes que su médico haya programado para usted, cómo pedir cita online, o rellenar formularios que luego serán revisados por su médico. o Consultar los resultados de sus pruebas sin necesidad de tener que desplazarse a su centro médico a por ellos. Podrá descargar y consultar los informes directamente desde su móvil. o Consultar y visualizar imágenes diagnósticas. o Consultar sus informes clínicos e históricos de formularios realizados pudiendo filtrar los resultados por fecha, o especialidad entre otros. o Comunicación directa con su médico. o Calculadoras y herramientas de salud. o En la sección de Bienestar puedes consultar la evolución de tus principales indicadores de salud y estilo de vida y permite sincronizarse con tus datos de actividad física de HealthKit app (Salud).
