6 Pillars vs Personal Values Sort Usage & Stats

6 Pillars is an app to define, track and reflect periodically on the core pillars of your life that lead to a better version of you. You can use the default 6 pillars - 'Family, Friends, Health, Wealth, Work & Travel' provided by the app or define your own 6 pillars that you think are important and worth tracking in your life. At the end of the day, you can assign a value between 1 to 5 to each of these Pillars, with 1 being 'needs attention' and 5 being 'well taken care of'. Along with this rating, you can also add notes or context for these state changes. You can also scrub across time to get a beautiful visualization of the evolution of the pillars and see which of them are doing good and which need your attention. The goal of 6 Pillars is to help you to track important aspects of your life, achieve goals and maintain balance. * FREE FEATURES * - Manage pillars of your life: Define, track and reflect periodically on the core pillars of your life that lead to a better version of you - Track impact across time: Scrub across the last 30 days and get an overview on how things have evolved or which pillars of your life need attention - Journal your thoughts: Add notes for defining moments or changes that affect pillars of your life - Manage / edit pillars * PRO FEATURE * - Time Travel: Go beyond the past 30 days. Can you list your top five most important values? As we go about our daily lives, it's all too easy to go through the motions without ever taking time to examine and clarify our personal values. Making decisions based on our values allows us to live lives with more meaning and purpose. This evidence-based activity is proven to change your mood and improve your outlook. All it requires is your careful attention and honest responses. We highly recommend doing this activity as a family or with a spouse or partner. We also recommend doing it at least once a year to see what has changed for you. This is especially true if you are a teenager or a young adult. This exercise is based on research conducted by William Miller, Janet C'de Baca, Daniel Matthews, and Paula Wilbourne and is used by therapists, career counselors, teachers, etc., all over the world.
